With your first breath, you were born. With your last breath, you part from this world. Between birth and death your breath is constant, unceasing, ENDLESS.
Breath is sacred, yet we rarely use the power of our breath to balance our bodies or quiet our minds. We “half breathe” from habit.
Taking complete breaths throughout the day (anytime, anywhere) balances the two arms of your autonomic nervous system.
Are you spending most of your day in fight or flight overdrive, craving some much needed rest and digest? Find out (p.10).
Remember, when you spend more time in the rest and digest state your body is more calm, at ease and your mind quiets. When your mind quiets you can hear Spirit. This ability to connect with Spirit –your heart – will allow you to move forward (in the moment, throughout your day, throughout your life) SoulFULLY. And that feels good.
