It’s impossible to eat perfectly and never have a thought that limits your potential. In the same light, you’ll disconnect from love from time to time and strengthen your connection with fear. This disconnection comes naturally and feels self-protective.
Fears serve you.
Freedom from fear is not the goal. You’re never free from your connection to fear, but with practice you can make the connection weak. Thin connections are easy to break, making it easier for you to release fear over and over again. Sometimes you’ll hold onto fear like a dear friend. You’ll grow your connection to fear so strong it’ll overwhelm you – paralyze you from making an empowered decision in your life or a more loving connection with another.
You become whole through connections with others.
Just like healthy foods fuel your body, and self-empowering thoughts nurture your mind, heart-to-heart connections nourish your Spirit. Your Spirit craves loving connections with other Spiritual beings because heart-to-heart connection is where healing resides. Spirit never leaves you and with practice you can make the connection stronger. The stronger your connection to Spirit, the easier it is to make loving connections with yourself and others. As you foster a more loving connection with yourself and with others, you release your tight grip on fear and let her go.
