Disappointment hit hard when my dream of winning a publishing contract with Hay House didn’t happen. They announced the winner 🙂 and the winner wasn’t me 🙁
We’ve all been there. You have a dream, a desire, planted firmly in your heart. You envision exactly how it should all play out and then it doesn’t. Then what? You cry. Maybe you get angry. You try to see the silver lining. You hurt some more. You go to bed and wake up the next morning and realize your reality once again. Ugh.
When you don’t get what you want, when life doesn’t appear to be going your way, you always have two choices:
Accept it and relax.
Resist it and suffer.
Repeat after me: Today I choose to accept and relax once again.
My #healthsoulfully journey has been filled with bumps and bruises. The only thing that’s changed is my ability to accept and relax faster. Sort of like ripping off a bandage. You can go fast or sloooooow. I’m choosing fast these days. Feel the pain. Process through it. Then resurface back to accept and relax as quickly as possible. How do I do that?
I become multi-sensory to see, hear, feel and know Spirit. Learn how on page 24, Issue07:
“If prayer is you talking to God, then intuition is God talking to you.”
– Dr. Wayne Dyer
I’d love to know…
How do you best strengthen your connection to Spirit?
May you see, hear, feel and know Spirit’s presence within your everyday life – especially when you are hurting.
