During my training as a medical doctor and pediatrician, I saw many children benefit from the marvels of modern-day medicine, and at the same time fall through the cracks of standard medical care. This was true, even for my own health!
Now with over a decade of experience and study, I’ve developed a system with nutrition, herbs and homeopathy to help children heal from allergies, asthma, attention, autism and most childhood health issues.
My goal is to help your child heal naturally – dig DEEP beneath the surface of symptoms, see the root problems and resolve them, so healing can happen and health can be restored. You can find health for your child and I’m SUPER excited to share how!
WATCH THIS VIDEO and learn how to dig DEEP beneath the surface of your child’s symptoms from: allergies, asthma, eczema, inattention, mood and sleep problems, or you fill in the blank.
Focused Organized Care + Committed Families = Happy Healthy Kids
What I’ve discerned from serving patients over the years is that commitment matters more than anything else. The families who make small consistent steps to overcome stressors with diet and lifestyle changes rebalance and heal their children. Persistence pays. Great things come with time and effort. Small steps, even tiny ones, still move you forward.
It’s my heart’s desire to dig beneath the surface of your child’s symptoms, illuminate the imbalances that need to be addressed, and help you take small consistent steps to rebalance your child from the inside-out. Focused organized care brings clarity and commitment. Clarity for the next best step to help your child heal, and commitment (from both parent and practitioner) to help your child overcome obstacles and make the next best step for health.
Progress and problems are part of the healing journey. It’s hard work and requires time, effort, energy and investment.

Health is an investment. The journey of healing your child from the inside-out can be expensive. I no longer work with insurance companies, so I can control office visit charges and make a clean exchange for my services on the same day of service. I continue to pay for medical school loans (15+ years later and counting), along with malpractice insurance, office space, childcare, and administrative support. Continuing education and self-care, allow me to do the work I need to do to be fully present in mind and heart with you and your child during every office visit. When considering if I’m the best practitioner for your child, cost is part of the picture. For those financially burdened, I give my services freely on a case-by-case basis, but testing and supplements are not free.
Honesty and transparency are integral to the success of your child’s healing. If the plan I design for your child exceeds your budget, please let me know your bottom line. Less can be more. I do my best to streamline office visits, and simplify treatment protocols to keep the healing process moving forward without financially burdening your family. I’m the Founding President of the 501(c)3 nonprofit getREALforkids.com, a FREE resource to help parents raise happier, healthier kids. We’re working to build a practitioner database so you can find the best practitioner that fits your family’s needs.
Thank you for your commitment. Despite parenting taking unexpected HARD turns, keep going. KEEP BREATHING. Think positive and A.C.T. because Action Changes Things. Your love for your child runs DEEP. I’m most blessed to feel that love during every office visit.
