In middle school, I remember coming home after school and heading to the freezer for a couple of scoops of Breyers® Butter Pecan ice cream, my Dad’s favorite flavor. I craved sweets, and this combo seemed to do the trick.
I still have sweet cravings. Now, they’re less severe, less frequent, and my favorite ice cream combo is Trader Joe’s Coconut Milk Chocolate “ice cream” with a scoop of Whole Foods 365 Peanut Butter. Yum!
I’ve tried so many different ways of eating and learned a ton about what’s best for me through food intolerance and genetic testing. I’ve also tested our children, so our family can eat for our genetics and health, instead of dis-ease.

Just last week, my daughter and I found a 4-pack of dairy-free Talenti® Sorbetto at Costco, and the cold brew coffee sorbetto was insanely creamy and delicious!
